3. What are your delivery charges?
- Flat Shipping Fee: PKR 250 for all orders.
- Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 6,000.
4. How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed the next day and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Islamabad: Within 3–7 days for ready products.
- Other Cities in Pakistan: 5–10 days.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. Stay tuned as we plan to expand our services to international customers soon!
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request is made within 2 days of delivery.
- The item is not a final sale or clearance product.
