Refund policy

At The Home Palette, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

·        The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

·        The return request is made within 24 hrs of receiving the product. The product should be received in first or second attempt made by the courier company. 

·        The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., clearance or custom-made items).

15% amount of the order alongwith shipping cost will also be deducted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

·        Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

·        Products that are not in their original condition.

·        Breakages during the return shipment: Any items that are returned damaged or broken will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the product back to us at the provided address. Please note: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·        Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

·        Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 24 hrs to ensure the desired product is reserved for you. After that, no exchange will be accepted. Following conditions must be met:-

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

·        Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

·        Provide Video evidence of the damage or incorrect item. The video must be made upon opening of the parcel to ensure its validity.

·        We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs

For any returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. This includes the cost of sending the item back to us. In cases of exchanges, the shipping cost for sending the new item will also be charged to the customer.
