Processing Time

• All orders will be processed within one business day and dispatched the following day.

Delivery Time

• Islamabad and Nearby Areas: Delivery within 3-4 days.
• Other Cities in Pakistan: Delivery within 3-6 days, depending on the customer's location.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping rate of Rs. 299 applies to all orders.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over Rs. 8,000.

Breakage and Claims

• Customers are required to record a video while unboxing the package.
• Claims for any damage will only be entertained if the unboxing video clearly shows breakage or damage to the product.
• The company will not be held liable for breakage after the package has been opened without proper video evidence.
